Since Eddie at EFSS Ltd has started mentoring my son, I have seen a dramatic change in his behaviour and morals.

Eddie immediately established a trust with my son and became that go to person for my son to talk to, learn from and lookup to. Eddie is consistent, empathetic and engaging. He’s always got a listening ear from myself or my child and is good at communicating my concerns to my son in a way that motivates my son in a positive way.

Eddie has been really flexible around my sons additional needs and plans and takes my son out to access activities he wouldn’t normally be able to do. My son has achieved so much thanks to Eddie!
